Easy, no stress and convenient to use, same day appointment, doctor was very nice and supportive, I got all I needed, my meds and my certificate. Professional, fast, accurate and cheaper without even leaving my house. For my GP I have to book appointment 3 days minimum before. And is more expensive. That's way I give them 5 stars.

Excellent user experience. I was able to secure a web consultation for 45 minutes after I logged on - while being able to remain in bed. Lovely doctor, thorough and professional but still very personable. It was all very easy which is exactly what I needed. My prescription was sent to my usual pharmacy & I received follow up email with my notes etc. I would definitely use the service again and I have recommended it to others.
